We are trying to do click-throughs using the Record your Screen feature in Storyline.
We are not using a PC, we are using a Mac with Windows installed via Parallels so windows is running within a window in OSX. We cannot seem to set it to record the full screen, only to record select windows.
Are you trying to record the Mac side of the Windows side? Storyline will only record the Windows side. Also, here are a few tips for running Storyline on a Mac with Parallels.
