I want to storyboard some courses in PowerPoint so that reviewers can a approve the content, and look & feel before I start working in Storyline. But I also want to take advantage of the many great templates in Storyline. Is there a way to export a template into PowerPoint? If I do, should I make any customizations to the template in Storyline before exporting, or can I make the customizations in PowerPoint and then re-import them back into Storyline?

There isn't an option to export to power point but it is possible to publish for offline viewing.
You can check here.
It is also possible to publish as a Word Document. Maybe you can consider that option.
