Using variable placeholder in text-to-speech

Dec 06, 2018

I don't believe this is possible, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. I'd like to enter the following text into the text-to-speech engine...

"Hi %name%!"

...and have the text-to-speech update what the voice says based on the value of the variable "name." For instance, if name = John, I'd like the audio to be:

"Hi John!"

Is this possible?
