I don't believe this is possible, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. I'd like to enter the following text into the text-to-speech engine...
"Hi %name%!"
...and have the text-to-speech update what the voice says based on the value of the variable "name." For instance, if name = John, I'd like the audio to be:
Hey, Artur! I wanted to let you know that replying via email includes your signature with contact information in the public forum. Feel free to edit your reply here!

Not possible since the speech is generated from the text and created prior to publishing.
