Is there anybody who can help identify why an item on the base layer disappears when another item is clicked on a third layer - the yellow block disappears when I click on the red block, but this does not happen for any of the other layers. All layers have the exact same triggers set up, but only the layer with the red block makes the yellow block on the base layer, disappear.....I'm stumped. Have struggled for hours to figure this out!
Sometimes, Storyline gets it wires a little bit crossed and doesn't do what it is supposed to do. This has been an issue ever since Storyline 3 and 360 were released.
To fix your issue, I deleted the yellow box on the base layer, and then copied the one on layer five back to the base layer. I deleted the layer five trigger, and rebuilt the correct triggers for the base layer.

Your triggers all look fine.
