Variable box formatting in SL 360
Mar 03, 2020
Hello Heroes!
I am creating a project with variables that are typed in on one page and reappear on another.
I have two questions:
#1 When I am in edit mode, the boxes read "Type your number here." In preview, they show my default amount.
#2 When the variables are typed in, and when they display on the next page, how to get a five digit number to display with a comma? 50,000 rather than 50000.
The project is attached for your reference.
thanks!
Elizabeth

Matthew, thank you so much for the workaround. Do you know if, after changing the variable to a text variable and applying the JavaScript to display the comma, the resulting variable would be able to be part of an equation?
You can still use the numeric value to run any calculation
