Variables and Text Entry - Staff/Superhero Assistance Requested

I posted this issue last week and received a response from a community member, but it did not resolve my issue.  Learners select one of 8 possible responses.  A text entry box is associated with each response.  I need the learner's response as well as their text entry to appear on a separate slide.  My source files are included in the link.  Thank you!
