Variables Not Allowing Slides to Show

Hi,
This is a new one for me. I have created a game (slide attached). When I worked on this on my work PC running Windows 10 and previewed everything was visible and things worked as they were supposed to. The score was being accurately kept and the timer counted down. The 'results' displayed the score without a problem.
When I tested it on my home PC running Windows 7 and uploaded to the review site the slides stopped working unless I hid the score and timer from view.
I'm baffled. Help? Ideas?

Greetings, Tzipora.
Thanks for sharing your file, and I'm happy to work through this mystery with you! First, I used the latest update of Storyline 360 to publish it to Review 360. Here's the Review 360 URL.
While I'm unable to reproduce any issues on Chrome 75/Windows 7, I'd love to keep digging! Do you notice any oddities when viewing my published output from your home computer? If so, what browser(s) are you using?
Also, I'm curious to know how the Review 360 URL works on your Windows 10 machine?
Hi Katie,
If you look at the file and show the two variables at the top of the timeline, that seems to be what causes the issue of not displaying the slide.
As for the review on Windows 10, I haven't had any major issues but something it does feel like the slides are showing 'larger' in there than in our LMS.
Thank you for your help,
Tzipora
Hello, Tzipora!
Thank you for this additional information. I've combed over the course's settings and tested it on SCORM Cloud (here's a link to the hosted output).
I'm not seeing anything in your setup that would cause those oddities to happen in either environment, so I'd like our Support team to weigh in here. I'll share your file with them, and you'll hear back shortly. I'll also follow along!
Hi Katie,
Thank you for your help. This one has been a really interesting one for me. I look forward to what they discover.
(And I realized I sent the file before the resizing of the text. Oops. Not that it impacts the scoring.)

Happy to help, Tzipora!
I'm curious, too, and will follow the case. They're troubleshooting wizards, and will do everything they can to locate the root!
