Vector logo fuzzy when player scales

May 31, 2019

I have a logo that is supposed to look like a child's drawing. When I put it in SL360 as a .png, it looks great, but when I publish, the lines are not crisp anymore. My client is very frustrated that I can't seem to get this right, because when she puts the same logo in SL and publishes, it looks great! Last night I started a new file and published with a gazillion different settings. I discovered that it looks perfect until I use the setting "scale player to fill browser window" (in both classic and modern players). Of course, I need the course set to this, so I am at an impasse.

Has anyone else experienced this and come up with a solution?

Hi Rachelle,

Pains me to hear you're running into this clarity issue. Can we ask where in the course you're uploading the logo? Often times we see this when an image's resolution is not great enough to handle scaling. But if your client is not seeing issues it maybe a setup issue.
