Hi James and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Have you saved the .story file to the local computer that you are working on? I would advise starting a new project and importing this file to see if this alleviates your issue. If you continue to have difficulty, please submit a case so that support can assist you with this.

Hurray! It was saved on my local drive but starting a new project and then importing it did the trick!
