We are happy to help! Various factors can cause this error message, and most often, it's that files are being backed up continuously by a backup service like Dropbox or OneDrive.
Are you using either one of these?
Additionally, Storyline 360 will back up your projects to a Temp folder. If you have a backup copy of your project, you might consider deleting the temporary files. You can find them in this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
Please let me know if you still see that error message after checking both of these steps! You can also reach out to our Support Engineers in a support case for 1:1 support.
