I'm looking for a good camera to take good 360° images as well as record video of manufacturing processes. Anyone have feedback on using the following for both video and 360° images?
Here are four of the most popular 360° cameras:
Insta360 ONE X2 Ricoh Theta Z1 GoPro MAX Ricoh Theta SC2
We are looking at the same, manufacturing is also an area we are looking for as well. My team has narrowed it down to either the Insta360 One X2 or the GoPro MAX.
I tested a few cameras. I prefer the Insta360 however, the Ricoh is also one I'd recommend. And it's a little less expensive.
The reason I like the Insta360 is because the software and features are a bit better and the price difference makes up for the time difference in using the cameras.

Good morning!
@Tom - can you confirm the output files for the Insta360 One X2 and Ricoh Theta Z1 are compatible with Adobe lighthouse and Storyline 360?
Thanks,
Mark
I can't speak to Adobe but the images are normal image files in that weird 360 layout so I assume they work in the image processor.
Those images to work in Storyline.
Great, thank you!
