There probably are tools (video editors for a start) that enable you to do this. I haven't had to attempt this myself so can't recommend anything from experience, but something like Video Studio Express might do the trick.
One workaround is to upload your video to YouTube and use a YT-MP3 converter to download the stripped audio.
