Video - Autoplay issue

Hello
I've had some trouble with a story I'd like to put online.
In this, there are several layers
Each of these has a small movie (demo of an application)
I set these so they would start automatically and run in a loop.
In Preview, this works perfectly fine
In local HTML5, it's already a bit less fluid and I need to click on the video to have it to start.
If I put it online, it takes a lot of time, I also have to click on the video and on some test servers, everything is mixed up : my base layer doesnt hide while the layers half open (maybe on this part this is the stability of the server ?)
Would you please know what went wrong ? and could I get this to run as smoothly as it does in preview ?

Hi, Nadege -- Thanks so much for reaching out with your question and let's see what we can do to help you out! First, can you please confirm that you Create, Edit and Publish according to this document, but that you are testing your published output in the intended environment?
Hi Christie -- Thank you so much for your answer. I followed the here mentioned instructions but maybe there was a brain f*rt on my end. If I open my link with story_html5, it's all weird (while it's never really been the case before). However, if I open my story with story.html, then it works. At least, this works locally, and on my NAS. However, on my dedicated server at work, it still doesn't .. But if it works on the NAS, I would tend to think that there's some policy on their end.
