Hi, we're unable to load the first clip in the project. When it's played there is a delay of 30-40 seconds', all other clips are played smoothly. I've attached a screen record for your reference.
I'm not sure if you attached the correct video, but the video you've shared just contained a blurred out video of an office setting.
To troubleshoot the behavior you're experiencing, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
