I'm creating a course wrapper for some of our pre-recorded videos that show an overview of software specific to our company. The problem I'm running into is that when the videos are imported into Storyline, they are compressed and so small that you can hardly view on the screen.
Any suggestions on how to remedy this, or other options you might suggest that might help would be greatly appreciated!
I encountered this issue a little while back. To resolve it I ended up having to replace the videos post-publish. There's a video in this thread (7 posts down) showing how to do it.

There is some really good info here on setting compression and size settings for your video in Storyline: https://community.articulate.com/series/4/articles/adjusting-video-properties-in-articulate-storyline-2
If you continue to have problems you may consider uploading a small, one video sample here so we can take a look at what's going on.
