I have created a course in Storyline with a few short videos and voice over items. When I load the file into our LMS (SAP LMS ECC 6.0- Learning Solution) through the Authoring Environment the videos are not published to the LMS.
I am using the story.html file to publish to SAP and the materials are displaying properly in the Authoring Environment but only the audio will play in the LMS.
I know that this is a technical issue on the SAP side but I was hoping that someone else has run into the issue and might have a solution that I can try.
II have used almost all of the different file types that are created when you publish a course for LMS through Storyline but nothing will transfer into LMS properly.
If you need additional information I will try to share what I know.
I can't speak to the specifics of the SAP environment, but when loading up the published files - you'll need to include all the files within the published output folder, not just the story.html file. Have you also reached out to your SAP team to see if they had any ideas or solutions to share?
Thanks for the response. When I load the course materials into the Author Environment (publishing mechanism for SAP LMS) I load the complete published files to the environment and then select the Story.html file that the user will access.
I am hoping that someone has experienced similar issues and have developed a way to allow the videos to work.
