Video content crashing module on specific devices

Hi Everyone,

I am having an issue where a published course (heavy in video content) on our LMS it on every platform seamlessly apart from our training tablet which is the Samsung Tab A.

Once the course loads in between slides the screen goes white with a grayed out play button sometimes the slides will resume but most of the time either it will freeze or let the user progress but with certain triggers ignored so there will be an overlay of images.

Is there export settings that are more preferred to be used on an android tablet? I have looked into variable bit rates, compressing the video files using handbrake to get the size of the videos to less than 1mb, 

I have even published a single slide to see if it was a overall size issue but to no avail the problem still persists.

The weirdest thing is the point at which it hangs or freezes changes every single time.
