Video Content Won't Play in Articulate Mobile Player on iPad

Hey guys,

First of all, I’m testing this whole thing on a 3rd Generation iPad with iOS 7. And I’m publishing my original content from Articulate Storyline 2.

Simply put, the videos in my courses won’t play or even show up in the Articulate Mobile Player. They are formatted as H.264 MP4’s so they SHOULD work fine. I’ve tried publishing with the videos compressed, uncompressed, and not starting automatically, but nothing seems to work.

How do I get my videos to play in the Articulate Mobile Player? Is there a size or duration restriction for video files that I don’t know about?

I’m attaching a test project file that contains only one video. If we can get that one video to work then I’ll apply what I learned to the rest of my content.
