Video Control Question

I am using the Storyline FAQ template. It contains 15 MP4 videos. The video controls are visible so the users can pause and replay the video while they are in the layer. The video is set to play when the user clicks the "Ask" button and goes to the layer. The problem I'm having is when the video ends the play button does not work. I have to click it three time (It changes from play to pause and back to play) and then the video will play again. I've tried all three settings (Reset to initial state, automatically decide, and saved state) and it does not work correctly. What am i doing wrong? I can create custom control buttons but prefer not to because I want the scrub bar visible. The really strange thing is when I demonstrated a draft of the FAQ the play button worked correctly...I think .
