Hi! I inserted a video. This video has to be played when triggered (because of accessibility matters), so, I created a "Play video" button, and I also need the video controls. Therefore, I activated the "Show video controls", then, "Below video," and everything seemed right. However, when I preview it or publish it online, the controls do not appear. Why? Can someone help me with this?

I've seen others report an issue with this and the video dimensions were larger than the slide allowed, which is why they did not display.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
