Video doesn't play in preview (publish) mode

Hi, I've just recorded a screen video by watching the tutorial (https://community.articulate.com/series/getting-started-with-articulate-storyline-2/articles/recording-a-screencast-video).
1. When I preview it under video tools 
It plays and I can hear my narration. But when I preview it under the publish section, 
nothing happens - no video, no sound although the seek bar at the bottom is moving?
2. Also, is this video a file stored somewhere - where I can use it somewhere else?

Hi, Gabrielle -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you are finding the same issue when you test your course in the intended environment or where it will ultimately be accessed by learners?
