Hi! I have a trigger on timeline starts on the slide where the video is. You come to the slide by clicking buttons that goes to the slide. (I´m new on storyline but have worked a long time in our own tool. ).
I was suprised because I test to put a sound and a movie on a slide and both starts on ipad and iphone! I did not think it was supposed to work. (It dont work the second time like the others.)
What version of Storyline are you using? You'll want to be sure you're on the latest update of Storyline 2 (Update 11) or Storyline 360 (Update 4).
