I inserted a video from a screen record but after publising and upload on my LMS, the video is not diplayed on Chrome (if I publish it in a web format and then test it, it is working). Has anyone have a solution to that? (I am still using storyline 1, is this problem solved with storyline 2?)
If videos are not appearing in your published output when loaded up to your LMS you may want to confirm that the LMS is able to accommodate the video types and codecs. You can read a bit more about that here. You'll also want to confirm that you're viewing the published output in one of the supported browsers detailed here and you could also look at testing the published output in another environment such as SCORM Cloud which is a free industry standard for testing LMS content.
You uploaded to SCORM Cloud - where were you testing it before? Testing it locally could be the problem as that can cause issues with security elements. You'll want to review the information here.
I was testing it on my LMS which is called Learndash a WordPress LMS plugin. When tested either locally on my hard drive or on Scorm cloud, the video are diplaying but when uploaded on my LMS, they are not. Would it mean that the problem come from my LMS?
If they work on SCORM Cloud, it's an industry standard for LMS behavior, so I would defer to your LMS team for why they are not working. You may want to begin with the troubleshooting steps here.

Dear Ashley, thank you for your answer. The video are displaying in safari but not in chrome.
I tested also in the Scorm cloud and it is working.
Is the problem coming from chrome?

Sorry I am not an IT expert...
