I have inserted a video file into my project but when I publish it, for some reason the video loops and plays twice until it moves on. Does anyone know why this is happening? It does not happen in Preview.
What type of video file is it? Are you seeing it with just that one video or any video of the same type? You say it plays twice and then moves on - as in there is a trigger to automatically advance the user?
