I have a slide where certain information is displayed and a video at the end to reinforce the content....
The issue is that when the video is finished, it remains on the screen for about 10 seconds before it jumps to the next slide. How can I forced it to go to the next slide as soon at is finish?
Use a trigger that says jump to next slide when media completes. Sometimes when you add a video, it extends the timeline, and sets itself to play to the end, so you may have to shorten the timeline to the actual video length.
By telling to the trigger to jump to the next screen at he completion of the video, did not work for some reason!!
But accidentally discovered that by telling the trigger to jump to the next screen when the timeline reach the 66 second (when the video ended) and it worked like a dream !!
Not too sure if that is the best/correct way to achieve it, but it works for me...
Just FYI. From what you describe, it sounds like the dead time is in the video, and it needs to be trimmed.. On the other hand, if jumping at a set time works, it's not worth the time to fix it, unless you need to come back and make changes to the slide.

Thanks for your answer Walt !!
The timeline matches the actual video length....
But will try the use of a trigger and see how it develops...
