Hi all, I'm running into a recurring issue with mp4 videos included on slides. each slide has a video, and each slide has a trigger to jump to the next slide when the media (the video) completes. Unfortunately, it's cutting off the last few seconds to sometimes a full 30 seconds of the video. I have tried extending the timeline as well. The only workaround I have is to cut the videos smaller but this isn't sustainable for most projects. Any help here?
Hi Alyssa, I'm using Storyline 2. The problem happens intermittently with some Chrome browsers after the file is published, and not visible before publishing. The issue crops up with videos usually over 1.5 minutes but some are as long as 5 minutes.
Happy to help out here! Can you shed some more light on how you're experiencing this error?
Are videos cutting off during preview, or only when you publish?
Are you publishing to the web, or an LMS, and what browser are you using?

here's the example

Hi, I'm having a similar issue while using Storyline 360 on Google Chrome. Is it okay to piggy back off of this thread or do I need to start my own?
