Video is not playing in new browser window

Please do uninstall process for chrome and IE first. turn off your computer and install those browsers again on your PC and try it out again. I have no hope. But just try it out

Hi Amey and thanks for sharing that file here. Can you tell us where you're testing your course? It looks like you've published for web and if that's the case you'll want to ensure you're testing within the intended publish environment as described here.  There are also a few free web server options in that article you're welcome to try. If the video is still not working, you'll want to look into the following troubleshooting steps here.
