Help me get my videos to play in IE11 please...they don't play, in fact they don't show up. everything is right about them...but they still don't work.
Is this the same issue as you and I were discussing here? If so, you'll want to follow the directions to ensure you're testing in the intended environment. If not - let us know if you can share the .story file as Leslie asked. :-)
I have a similar issue - MP4 video does not play locally (which is what this particular presentation has to do - published using the "CD" Publish settings). But the video plays back OK if I upload and run it online, OR if I run it off a USB stick. So I guess it's just a local security setting you can't get around. The USB stick solution will be OK in my case.
Actually this is becoming an issue, our client needs to be able to play back the storyline export locally due to stringent IT security policies - no USB, no CD, no outside internet access... is there anything that can be done to enable the video playback? Is it a Windows / IE issue or Storyline?
Hi Andrew! Glad that you were able to find what you were looking for. Curious as to how they are going to get any course to the users with those strict requirements?

Hi Justin! Do you have a .story file that we could take a look to understand what may be going on here?

Never mind ... I read the support article mentioned above which I should have read first. So it looks like there's not much I can do in this instance.
