I have 2 videos that play when in Storyline but not when published. The videos don't sync well with the audio so I'm just using the audio. I don't have software to extract the audio and save as an mp3 so I have the videos off the slide so you only hear the audio and they are set to play automatically, but they will only play if i click on the screen. It works when I test it in Storyline but not when I publish it. Any ideas?

Are these videos on the first slide of your module? If so, do they auto play if you move them to the second slide?
They are on the second slide. I also tried putting them on the slide and just hiding them but that didn't work either.

Hard to say without seeing the project - I am assuming you cannot share?
Does it happen with other videos that you have?
