We have a course that includes .mp4 videos which plays great on desktop and laptop computers, but if viewed on an iPad or iPhone the Storyline timeline plays, and the separate audio file plays, but the video will not play.
The videos are set to play automatically in the slide but they don't play when the slide starts, or on a refresh.
We have tested with iOS 9, 10 and a beta for the next release. The course was published with the latest version of Storyline.
Do you have any ideas about how we can make this work? I have read through the forums and don't see any other recent posts on this issue and also checked out this page, but there was nothing specific for iOS:

Is this an issue that you are able to replicate on SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?

What a great tip, thanks! The mp4 files do play on the SCORM Cloud, thanks for pointing me in that direction. It must be something with our LMS.
