We have created a course in Storyline 2(Update 4) with .mp4 videos(which are conversion of flash animation to .mp4). On desktop the course is running fine, we don't have any issues. But, on IOS devices browser the major issue is on clicking refresh button the video does not play from the beginning it reloads from the mid.
Also, sometimes if we drag the seekbar ahead then the video does not synch with the seekbar(i.e. even if timeline is completed the video keeps on playing).
Can anyone please let me know why these issues are occurring and is there any way to overcome these issue.
As far as clicking 'refresh', are you using the browser refresh button, or are you trying to use the rewind button? And far as the videos not staying in sync, are you utilizing the video controls on the video itself as seen in the screenshot here? No, not the browser refresh button. I am trying the rewind button. Video controls option has been selected as None as shown in the screenshot. I am using the storyline player seekbar to control the video.

I was able to recreate the issue in a test file, and a ticket was submitted to QA for further exploration. A possible workaround is to publish and view the content on the Mobile Player, as then you can use the seekbar to scrub back to the beginning of the video. But, please keep in mind that there is no 'rewind' button in the mobile player. I cannot offer a time frame for when or if this issue will be resolved, so please continue to take advantage of the workaround if you encounter this issue in the future.
