Is this the same issue you were talking about over there when using the fullscreen widget? If so, that isn't something I'm able to provide support for as it's a third party product. However, I do see that Ashley and Leslie were able to give a few suggestions as to why it's not working and tips on adjusting your story size and browser settings. Hope those are helpful to you. :)
If this is a different issue happening when you aren't using that product, I would recommend troubleshooting your LMS using SCORM Cloud to see if it's related to the file or the LMS. If you see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you mind sharing your .story project file here so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to this thread. Thanks!
