I've created a course in Storyline. The course has an MP4 video inserted in it. The video is only 1.6MB. When I play the published output in the clients browser - IE9 (I know it should be upgraded) the video doesn't play. It will play in Chrome. I have also inserted a .avi file and a windows media file. None play in IE9.

Further to the above comments. the story.html5 file plays the videos in IE9 without any issues.

Look to have resolved the issue. It wasn't playing locally. Uploaded it to the LMS and video plays in IE9.
