I am working in Storyline with a screenrecording and I've added captions throughout the video. When I publish the project as VIDEO from Storyline, I notice that it loses some video quality.
Is this a common issue with the video publishing feature?
Hi there, Pamela. I'm seeing the same thing even with highest quality settings. Let me get this issue in front of my team so we can investigate what's happening. I'll update you here with any changes or new information.
Any resolution on this? I encountered this problem as well, in particular trying to create a software demo. The output of fonts and interface details was pretty bad. On the plus side, photographic, as long as you keep the size 1 to 1 - as in the video aspect ratio should match your storyline file, don't resize - has had good results for other ID's I work with.
