I sent SCORM 1.2 files to a client and they are experiencing a bug. When they hit pause on the video in the program, it automatically advances them to the quiz which they aren't supposed to watch until the video is complete.
so when you test the file are you doing in the same environment (an LMS) like your client is? Try uploading it to Scormcloud if you need an LMS to test in.
I'd agree with Wendy's recommendation in regards to testing, as SCORM Cloud is an industry standard for testing SCORM content and if you're testing files locally you may experience odd behavior as described here.
