Video Plays Full Screen in HTML5 Output on iPhones IOS 11

Hello all

I'm working on an eLearning module to be hosted on SABA and distributed in mobile devices.

I have got Storyline 360 v3.13 and there are not other updates on my 360 for Storyline. The iphones we are using are IOS 11.

I'm still having the same issue: videos play full screen in HTML Output for iPhones.

It says here https://articulate.com/support/article/sidebar-video-plays-full-screen-in-html5-output-on-iphones that this should have been fixed with the last update.

Was this the case?

Any one who might have some ideas as videos are the preferred media for mobile devices?

Hi Brenda. You're right that you should be seeing the fix for this issue.

I'd like to see if I can help! Can you share a link to one of your courses that is still displaying the video full screen on an iPhone?

Hello Crystal

It is deployed using the SABA LMS for that reason I cannot share the link as you would need login details so U'm not sure what would be an alternative way of sharing it.
