I have created a course which contains a .MOV video. Ounce I have published the course on Articulate 360 and veiw the course there is a problem with the video scrubbing. Is this because of the video format, and if that, what is the best video format to use?
Storyline 360 natively supports FLV, MP4, and SWF, but MOV will be converted to MP4 in Storyline, so MOV shouldn't be an issue. Can you tell me a bit more about what's happening when you try to use the scrub bar to skip ahead in the video? Also, can you please send me the Articulate Review link so I can take a look?
Thank you for replying Alyssa. I cannot send the course because it is for a client. If I allow the video to play up until about a second before it ends and then scrub back to the beginning of the video the video visuals disappear but the sound carry's on
Thanks for letting me know what you're seeing. Also, are you using the Player seek bar or the video control bar directly under the video?
I completely understand about not being able to share your file publicly in the forums, but you also have the option to share it privately with our Support Engineers here. They keep all files strictly confidential and are happy to sign an NDA, if you would like.
