Video Quality in LMS Zips?
Jul 13, 2014
G'Day All & I'm so Glad to Be a Newbie Here!
I'm struggling with video quality to satisfy my client.
Our goal is to upload our Story to an LMS that requires a SCORM Zip to upload. Currently my Client is using Firmwater LMS.
I saw Mike's (of EndersDesign) video at //https://player.vimeo.com/video/149072573 in which he describes how to substitute a high quality video MP4 after Storyline production.
Has anyone tried that technique with an LMS SCORM Zip? Is it possible to do that? Can you unZip (extract) the SCORM Zip after Storyline publishing, then re-compress the Zip, then upload to the SCORM Zip to the LMS?
Thanks so much,
Cheers,
Rich

Hi Rich,
Is short, yes, there's absolutely no reason why you can't follow the exact same procedure on SCORM generated output.
Hope this helps,
Alex
Hi Rich
Just wondering if you managed to get this method to work as when I tried it my LMS system would no longer accept the zip file?
