Video transitions and pauses
Mar 15, 2018
Hi, Everyone.
Anybody who can help me with my video transition concerns?
i'm currently doing this presentation, and i have to pause a part of the video, and then have to make it to continue when the user clicks the button i've set, but the problem is whenever the video continues, it seems like the layer i've set is so obvious that the transition is very noticeable. (i've used variables and layers)
can you help me make it a smooth transition from the moment it was paused and then when the video continues, any techniques that i should learn?
your help is very much appreciated

Hi Caser,
I'd like to help you make this transition and pauses appear more seamless. It's best used for adding short explanations to your videos.
Can you share the Articulate file with me so I can check how I can help you? Don't forget to include the video when you send it as an attachment.
the file is a bit big it is 1.6GB and i dunno if i can share it because it's company, what i wanted to do is that is pauses at this certain point and then a pop up message pointing at a portion of the video, and then the other parts i have to like outline for example a road,... i have read this forum about using cues but it is favorable when you dont have to put antyhing on the video just a pop up message mine is different beacause you have to empahszie a certain part of the video.
Hi there!
I completely understand about you not being able to share your file. In that case, I created a sample file for you.
Take a look at the way I've set up the layer and the triggers--does that seem to match what you are looking to do?
