Video will not play

I am building a new website using Joomla 3 and cannot get my Storyline course to play in it.

This is a temporary web server where I am building the new website using s Joomla 3 template and uses the title alias instead of the actual file name below..

This is the course location that does play in a browser that does play.

Hi, Steve -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! As it sounds like you are publishing using the Web option, may I ask if you have also uploaded the course to tempshare.articulate.com to see if you encounter the same issues there as you are seeing on your site?

Yes I tried to copy the file but when I placed it into the web browser nothing happens,
