Created a course in Articulate 360, included a video from our youtube channel, video plays within the course in Chrome but will not play when launched from Internet Explorer.
I checked my programming, everything looks fine. What could be causing this issue?
You would certainly want to be sure that you are viewing your course in the intended environment. Is there a reason that they are viewing outside of the LMS?
Does it play as intended when viewing within your LMS?
They are not yet on an LMS so they currently use a web-based community page to share courses with learners.
I reached out to them and they republished the link. I tested the course and video in IE11 and seems to be working. I made some suggestions I found on the blog; security permissions and company browser settings, publishing for web versus LMS, etc. I am unclear as to what the issue was but it's working now so, all set!

Am also wondering if it has something to do with the fact that I published to LMS and the recipient is using it outside of an LMS???

Well, I'm certainly glad to hear that Kristin. Just let me know if you need anything further.
