Good morning! We have created a course that has a very small video that should play automatically when the learner clicks on a particular button. It works properly in the preview mode in Storyline; however, it doesn't play when the course is taken in the LMS. Any thoughts?
Coy - Were you ever able to resolve your issue with the video? I have 6 .mp4 videos in a course and 5 of them are playing and 1 isn't. It was playing and now it won't.

Not sure exactly which incident this was; however, believe it may have been a Storyline program which makes some of the functions non-compatible with our LMS. Thanks!

Danelle - I would advise that you test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to replicate. If so, we would want to take a look at the .story file.
