Videos in Storyline

have you tried in a  couple of browsers? Popup blockers or media settings maybe

I will give that a go, at the moment only tried in Chrome as it opens by default

Here it is. It doesn't have any triggers, I put it together as a marketing tool for the program to act as an awareness for some of my clients. The intent is for my licensees to upload onto their we sites so their clients can view it, If you have any pointers on uploading to the web site that would also be appreciated

Are you trying to view this locally? That could be a part of the browser settings - so you'll want to test within a web environment to see how it'll behave. You may want to review this article for additional information and options. 

Yes I have been using Safari and also by default Chrome. When using Fire
Fix it worked well.

I have also looked that the link which assists.

Hi,

I have published a storyline project to CD, it all works, though the
embedded video won't play when I launch the story from the USB. The video
will play from the Storyline output file on the C drive???? Any thoughts

Hi Peter, 

Are you launching from the EXE file or the story.html link? Have you checked into these other options on why the video may not play in the published output?
