Thank you, Leslie. I realized after reading David's post again that my issue was a little different. i didn't have any videos embedded in my Storyline file. I just found that my animation and audio would get off sync once published as an MP4. I tried different sizes but that didn't change anything. If I published to our LMS, I didn't lose the syncing. It was only when publishing as a video. I found a workaround for now. If it happens again, I'll reach out to Articulate again. Thanks!
this is a problem for me as well...I have pictures synched to music (single audio file). Works fine until I publish for video, then the published .mp4 file the slides are displayed a few seconds slower and now out of synch to the music audio.
Hi Harry, really sorry for the trouble you're facing with the Publish to MP4 feature. Would you mind sharing a sample of your file with our team by clicking here? I'd like to get a closer look at what's going on.
Our ppts are embedded with audio, when I published a course, unable to listen the audio. I have to insert separately to PPTs. But I am not able to extract the audio from the deck. Kindly guide how to extract the audio from Power point 2013.
Hello, Sankar. It sounds like you cannot hear audio when you publish your Presenter content, is that right? Did you insert the audio files from the Articulate tab?
This tutorial explains how to export the audio from your Presenter file.
If you still need help, we can take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll give it a test and let you know what we find!

Hey Katie and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Sorry to hear that you're running into a similar issue.
I took a look at the case that David filed and it looks like we were unable to replicate the issue when adding the file to a new course.
If you need us to take a look, feel free to share your file with our team here.
