We're having an issue where the embedded videos on storyline 2 won't play on an Ipad. This is only happening on browser (Safari) and not the player. The Ipad has been updated to the latest update and so has my storyline 2.
Thanks for letting me know. As our users will be using Safari as default when using an IPad, we will have to resort to using the Articulate App player.
If you are publishing for HTML5, you should be able to play your course in Safari.
You may find that videos in your Articulate Storyline 2 courses don't always play as expected in HTML5 output when viewed on Apple iOS 9 iPads and iPhones. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.
Hi Issa! I have seen some users mention issue with iOS10 and their LMS. Could you test in SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same issue or if it is limited to your LMS as well?

Sorry forgot to mention. I am publishing to LMS using 'SCORM 1.2'. And my model is IPad Mini.
Hi Issa,
I don´t think Safari supports flash, try with a different browser.

Hi Leslie,
That's what I was thinking. I've published the Storyline in the latest update and the videos are still not working.

Sounds great Issa.
Hi,
I have tested it on SCORM Cloud and the videos seem to be working. Must be a LMS issue
Thanks for your help!

I also wanted to let you know that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
Thanks I've edited that.
Sounds great Issa - It's no issue from our perspective, we just like to make sure that the users are aware.
