Is anyone else having this issue? I have an .WMV and a handful of screen simulations (that I captured within Storyline) inserted in my Storyline file. I published the file for AICC and after publishing I tested the module before inserting the files into the LMS, it worked beautifully. Once I inserted the module into the LMS anytime there was suppose to be a movie playing it would give me a blank white screen and with the screen simulations it would just show the player controls at the bottom.
Most videos in Storyline get converted to MP4 for greater efficiency. Sometimes servers are not set up natively to support and deliver MP4 videos. See Brian Batt's post with a link to what to do to fix that.
