I'm using Storyline 3. I have a course set to Restricted allowing users to see previous slides but forcing them to progress in sequence. I've recently noticed that when viewing a course over multiple sessions it seems that even though the user is asked if they'd like to resume where they left off they can't jump to previously viewed slides. It seems odd since I would assume that in order for this to work properly Storyline is looking for a cookie and that it found it. Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with your course. I do see a similar issue reported, but I have a few additional questions to verify:
Are you using the latest version of Storyline 3, which is Build 3.5.16548.0?
How are you attempting to jump back to previously viewed slides? Via the menu, previous button, or both?
Are you seeing a spinning wheel or nothing is happening?
