viewing storyline course on platform problem

Hi

we have an issue with storyline courses on our platform

when i viewing the course on the platform for the first time every thing is good there is no problem ,but if i viewing the course again some slides appear empty (no content) as attached (Ex1) it supposed to appear as attached (Ex2).

Please help with this issue

Hello there, ghaliah!

Thanks for those screenshots. I'm happy to investigate the empty slides, and have a few clarifying questions:

  • Is the content hosted on a web server or a learning management system?
  • What browser(s) are you using to view the course?

Also, are you comfortable with sharing the .story file with me? I'd like to test it in a similar environment and will delete it after. Use this secure upload link to share it privately.

Thanks for your patience and for sharing your .story file.

I published the course to SCORM Cloud for testing, but I'm not clear on what slide you're seeing an issue with.
