HELP! No sound will play from my videos when using the iPad Articulate App. Audio only works with headphones.

I've tried MP4, MOV and WMV.  I've tried automatically playing the videos, manually playing the videos, having the player controls appear and not appear.  I've tried everything.

I'm publishing it as html5.  It is a straight publish.  No LMS involved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is there any other way to deploy my Articulate Storyline course for offline viewing?
