Views Incomplete

I am brand new to Articulate. I inherited my position when my work colleague left with 3 days notice, so I'm having to learn all of this on my own. My problem is that my company is using Articulate for online learning including how-to videos with followup quizzes that are graded and recorded. I received the following from a participant, and frankly have no idea how to resolve this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Email from the student ...

"On your Learning Management System, the completion kept stating that the views were incomplete when I had finished viewing all the tutorials. I tried to re-watch them to get the completion rate, but it did not change. Therefore I am not sure if it is a glitch. In the email, it stated that the exam scores needed at least a 70% to pass the tests following each session and I obtained the 70% for the last 3, but it stated that I failed. I'm not sure if you are allowed to view it once, but I was only able to go through the multiple-choice questions once."

Now this is truly a perfect opportunity to do some testing on/digging into the file. I'd like to test the course on SCORM Cloud – an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output – to see if I experience the same behavior your student described there. Are you able to share that .story file with me in this discussion or privately through this link? And out of curiosity, what LMS are you using? I want to check to see if I can locate similar reports.
